- Citizens of the Republic of Indonesia are proven by ownership of an ID card;
- Foreign citizens are proven by a letter of proof of foreign citizenship and permission from the Immigration office;
- Graduates of high school/vocational school/equivalent from all majors in the last 3 (three) years;
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall winners in high school/vocational school/equivalent;
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in Academic Achievement (Debate, Scientific Writing, Essay, and Others) at Regional (District/City), National, and International levels;

- Prospective participants register directly by submitting their participant card, photocopy of their semester I class XII report card, certificates for overall champions 1, 2 and 3 at the Regional (District/City), National and International levels, and showing the original report card and certificate.
