Good public speaking – instead of an introduction
When preparing this text, it was no accident that I focused on my own experiences. Why? First of all, because each case is different and in my opinion, it is impossible to create a universal and timeless guide. Most of the Internet’s “X ways” refer to the almost “average Joe”, who is a little afraid, but who also has no blocks or problems.
As a bald and stuttering introvert without a radio voice, I also read this advice once and I absolutely do not deny its validity or truthfulness.
At the same time, however, I believe that the specialists who write it are either simply good speakers and tell how they prepare for speeches, or they are simply copywriters who were tasked with compiling what is already available on the Internet.
Of course, this does not mean that the rules and ideas below are unique and will work in your case. Some of them are also consistent with what you can find in other book or Internet guides. Nevertheless, I hope that I will help you with your first public speech!

It is simply “because that’s how it is.” Knowing quite closely at least a dozen people who regularly speak to smaller or larger groups, I believe that they are divided into two groups.
The first group feels fear and anxiety before each presentation, while the second awaits this pleasure and positive thrill. It is very possible that since you are reading this text, you belong to the first group.

Speaking about the fear of public speaking, overcoming challenges to implementing sales ai I would also like to emphasize that some of us will always have a very hard time with such situations and even a lot of work will not change that.
It is worth remembering and respecting this – and not mentoring and giving these people more golden, universal advice, thanks to which they would overcome all their resistances and fears once and for all.
How to prepare for public speaking – discover 6 (non)magical ways!
The Internet loves lists, so I will make one. In this case, however, I think it is the most appropriate form to better understand the good advice presented. However, it is by no means magical. So if you are counting on one golden way to public speaking – you will be disappointed! All of the ideas below require effort and often work. I have arranged them chronologically, starting from the moment when you have not yet foreseen the impending disaster…
1. Start preparing early!
It is better to be safe than sorry, because you do belgium numbers not know the day or the hour… Although folk wisdom is often of little use, in this case it is worth taking it to heart. Unfortunately, no one teaches us or prepares us for public speaking. In 99% of cases, we are simply thrown into the deep end of the pool called “Ania, tell everyone the little poem you have learned”.
However, we can certainly take trauma and panic fear of speaking from childhood and situations of this type – occurring either at home, at school or in a drama club that someone accidentally signed up the child for.
Unfortunately, very often we have no influence on this, so I will only leave an appeal to parents and educators at this point – to empathize with the needs and capabilities of the youngest, because saying “don’t be ashamed” has never helped anyone.
